- This product provides realtime host database updating. The ``wait time''
- between calls can be reduced by several predictive dialing options. The system
- does not require constant operator attention. Manager controls the following
- predictive switches: Calls on hold per agent; Agent initiated call ahead; Dial
- after hang-up; Predial on call duration with pacing; Route all overflow calls.
- Up to eight different hold messages. The supervisor regulates the speed, number
- of calling lines, plus monitors the effectiveness of each operator and the
- overall job being performed from the UniDial terminal. UniDial schedules
- recalls on ``no answers'' and ``busys'' with a user-defined time delay. Records
- to be called can be sorted by any field or combination of fields. Operators
- have the option to handle accounts from ``cradle to grave''. Multiple systems
- possible with up to 250 lines per system. Various analytical and managerial
- system-generated reports are included in UniDial. UniDial also has answering
- machine detection along with many other features.
